Ivan will be working with Sona Jobarteh on a couple of shows.
The show will feature a new piece written by Sona for an ensemble of percussion, Kora, guitar, violin, cello and double bass.
The piece called Innovation through Preservation will premiere at the Purcell room on Sunday July 7th.
